Training needs analysis (TNA) is necessary to identify learning gaps in organizations’ and design the appropriate learning initiatives based on these needs. It is the first step in the training process in order to distinguish:
- Who needs training and where
- What are the objectives of the training
- How should the training being delivered
We start by analyzing the as is situation trying to write down the skills and capabilities of firm’s employees so as to design the appropriate training initiative based on the current situation.
